MONTGOMERY ROARK is an ADVISORY COMPANY working primarily within the real estate and renewable energy sectors - providing creative financing and development solutions across most asset classes. Most of our clients have limited access to the capital markets due to legal or fiscal constraints - needing creative solutions to their development and acquisition interests.

Steven C. Roark

Steven is a former Wall Street Investment Banking Executive with thirty years of project finance and in-house real estate development experience. After working with three separate boutique firms, he finished his investment banking career with BB&T Capital Markets (NYSE:BBT), working within the Industrial & Economic Development and Public-Private Partnership departments. Steven has expertise in financing and developing governmental facilities, commercial facilities, multi-unit housing (workforce, student, senior), commercial facilities, and renewable energy (solar and recycling) projects, creatively underwriting and financing 'performance based' projects. With a background in both project finance and development, Steven is able to approach every opportunity from a balanced 'value-add' perspective. Currently a resident of New York City where he resides with his wife of 20 years, he divides his time between New York and Florida.
